RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with the item(s) you've received. If you would like to request an exchange or return, we would be happy to replace your item(s) with another selection or refund your payment as long as the date from the original purchase order has not exceeded 30 days. We do not accept returns on items unless they are in their original unused condition. Any scratched, altered, blemished, or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error. We will not accept returned items after 30 days from the original purchase date. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Custom ordered items are not eligible for an exchange or refund, we will however make reparations free of charge in the event a custom ordered item is in non satisfactory condition due to a fabrication error. Original shipping charges and credit card or PayPal processing fees are not refundable on returns. We do not accept returned items sent COD. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped.

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Insured) and retain your shipping receipt. Autumn Gallery is not responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in transit.
